Wancheng District Court Responds to CPPCC Members' Proposals in Person

Proposals from members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) are barometers of public sentiment and catalysts for improving work. To effectively handle the responses to CPPCC members' proposals, on June 6, Lu Dongsheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the People's Court of Wancheng District, Nanyang City, led a team to Henan Tianli Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd to provide a face-to-face response to the proposal of Li Wei, a member of the Wancheng District CPPCC.
Lu Dongsheng expressed his gratitude to CPPCC member Li Wei for his long-term concern and support for the work of the Wancheng District Court, and briefly introduced the work of the Wancheng District Court in terms of team building, case trial, and enforcement. In response to Li Wei's proposal, Lu Dongsheng detailed the handling of the proposal by the Wancheng District Court, and provided on-site answers from various aspects such as laws and regulations, local policies, and specific work measures. Li Wei affirmed the response and expressed his hope that the Wancheng District Court would continue to work hard in enforcement, optimizing the business environment, and helping enterprises overcome difficulties. He also stated that he would actively offer suggestions for the high-quality development of the court's work in the future, and serve as a bridge of communication between the masses and the court.
Subsequently, Lu Dongsheng and his entourage visited Henan Tianli Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's production and operation status and development plans, inquired about the legal issues and judicial needs encountered in the company's operation, and provided legal advice. He stated that the court always adheres to the center, serves the overall situation, and continuously improves the level of judicial services to help enterprises develop in a benign and healthy manner. During the visit, the two sides had in-depth exchanges on case filing and litigation services, optimizing the legal business environment, and solving the 'difficulty in enforcement'.
This face-to-face response to the proposal of CPPCC members is not only a concrete manifestation of the Wancheng District Court's initiative to accept supervision and improve its work, but also a vivid practice of the court strengthening communication and contact with enterprises and optimizing the business environment. In the next step, the Wancheng District Court will actively broaden the channels for supervision and contact with representatives and members, improve its work, innovate judicial measures for the people, respond to social concerns with high-quality judicial services, provide a more solid legal guarantee for market entities, and further help build a legal business environment.
