[Major Strategic Move] Henan Tianli Electric’s Kazakhstan Overseas Warehouse Officially Established, Deepening Presence in the Central Asian Market and Ushering in a New Phase of Global Expansion

2026-05-07

Recently, Henan Tianli Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianli Electrical”) completed the warehousing and customs clearance of the first batch of transformer products at its overseas warehouse in Almaty, Kazakhstan, marking a crucial breakthrough in the company’s strategic layout in the Central Asian market and the official establishment of an end-to-end business model featuring “domestic production + overseas spot inventory + local services,” thereby injecting strong momentum into the company’s deep cultivation of the Central Asian power market.

As a key initiative to align with the Belt and Road Initiative and capitalize on opportunities in Central Asian power infrastructure, Tianli Electric has established an overseas warehouse in Almaty, based on in-depth market research and precise analysis of the local landscape. Field surveys reveal that Kazakhstan’s existing grid distribution infrastructure is largely outdated, creating sustained demand for grid expansion and renovation as well as equipment modernization and upgrades—making it a core growth market for the power equipment industry. Through extensive discussions with local Chinese business operators and industry professionals, we have learned that the prevailing demand for transformers in the region centers on ratings such as 100 kVA, 160 kVA, 250 kVA, 400 kVA, and 630 kVA, while there is also steady demand for non-standard capacity models. At the same time, current spot inventory levels are severely inadequate, resulting in a significant supply-demand gap.

Leveraging robust supply-chain integration capabilities and manufacturing strengths, Tianli Electric’s overseas warehouse has established a full inventory of 100 kVA to 1,000 kVA transformer models, comprehensively meeting both mainstream local demand and customized requirements for specialized applications. All stocked products are built with industry-leading premium materials: the core is sourced from Tianjin Zhixin Electric, the windings from Jiangsu Dongheng Optoelectronics, and key components such as Panjin Fuxiangrui transformer oil, Hebei Anmei bushings, and Zhejiang Tenglong tap changers are carefully selected. The tank is manufactured in-house, ensuring consistent product quality and reliable performance right from the source—fully compliant with Kazakhstan’s grid operation standards and the region’s complex operating conditions.

The operational launch of the overseas warehouse will effectively address key industry challenges in the Central Asian market, including lengthy procurement cycles, high logistics costs, and slow supply response. Moving forward, Tianli Electric will leverage the Almaty overseas warehouse to enable rapid delivery of in-stock products, significantly shortening order fulfillment lead times and reducing customers’ procurement and logistics expenses. At the same time, using the overseas warehouse as a service hub, the company will provide localized support to local customers, including product installation guidance, after-sales maintenance and repair, and technical consulting, thereby enhancing customer experience and loyalty and establishing a differentiated competitive advantage.

With many years of deep expertise in the power equipment sector, Tianli Electric has consistently pursued a global growth strategy, steadily expanding its overseas market presence. The recent commissioning of its overseas warehouse in Kazakhstan marks a pivotal move in the company’s efforts to deepen its footprint in the Central Asian market and capitalize on opportunities presented by grid modernization. It also represents a significant milestone in the company’s transformation—from “exporting products” to “exporting brands and services.” Looking ahead, Tianli Electric will continue to leverage its global warehouse network to unlock the untapped potential of emerging markets such as Central Asia and Africa, delivering high-quality products, highly efficient services, and a robust supply-chain system to support local power infrastructure development and contribute Tianli’s strength to global energy interconnection.
