5. Structural Features:

5.1 Uses three-dimensional wound core as the core component; after assembly and annealing, the three-phase magnetic circuit is completely symmetrical, magnetic reluctance is greatly reduced, and excitation current and no-load loss are significantly lowered.

5.2 The upper and lower clamps are integral, protecting the entire core from external forces during manufacturing, transportation, and installation, and effectively pressing and supporting the winding, enhancing the transformer's ability to resist axial electrodynamic forces during sudden short circuits.

5.3 The clamp made of shaped steel structure effectively suppresses noise oscillation within the clamp, keeping the transformer's noise at an ideal level.

5.4 The winding is encapsulated with epoxy resin, forming a complete rigid body with the winding conductor and resin insulation layer, providing good mechanical strength and strong short-circuit withstand capability. The epoxy resin has high dielectric strength, and since the entire winding conductor is encapsulated by the solid insulation layer of epoxy resin, moisture penetration is difficult, and it completely blocks the conductor from damage by various harmful gases and corrosive chemical components, resulting in excellent moisture and pollution resistance.
