Warmly celebrate the successful launch of Tianli Electric's State Grid Intelligent IoT EIP Platform

On May 26th, the acceptance ceremony for the Smart IoT Connection Project of Electrical Equipment between Henan Tianli Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and State Grid Corporation was successfully held, marking Tianli Electrical's successful entry as the second power enterprise in Henan Province to connect to the State Grid Corporation's Electrical Equipment Smart IoT (EIP) platform, laying a solid foundation for further deepening business cooperation between the two parties.
The Smart IoT Platform for Electrical Equipment mainly focuses on the full network interconnection and sharing of data in the electrical equipment manufacturing industry. It utilizes new technologies such as big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence to achieve intelligent perception, collaborative interaction, shared aggregation, and analytical application of IoT data and business data of electrical equipment suppliers.
Tianli Electrical actively responded to and fully cooperated with the implementation of the State Grid Electrical Equipment Smart IoT (EIP) platform project. Through the implementation of a series of projects such as directly uploading business data from ERP and MES systems to the IoT category management center via data channels, and establishing a smart IoT management center, it helped State Grid connect to the EIP platform. This enables the EIP platform to achieve real-time intelligent monitoring and accurate tracking of the company's sales orders, plan issuance, raw materials, product processes, production line conditions, and testing processes, creating a 'transparent factory', leading the upgrading of the electrical equipment industry, promoting industrial innovation and development, and improving the intelligent manufacturing level of the electrical equipment industry.
